Return
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- be unworn
- be in their original condition
- include original packaging
- include all accessories
Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or an incorrect item was received.
Refunds
Once your return has been inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow several business days for your payment provider to complete the transaction.
